It's BYO records at Palate Food & Wine for their Sunday Sessions (12pm-5pm). Yes, even Chef Octavio Becerra hits up the wheels of steel.

In addition to their entire wine bar menu, Palate Food and Wine features a wine flight and a "Single Dish" changing weekly. This week, Chef featured some very delicious braised oxtails ($12) which totally reminds me of my mom's claypot pork belly. You've done right as a chef if your food reminds me of my Vietnamese mama!

Dylan scored and received a lovely dish of braised beef cheeks ($12) from the kitchen.

Hey, isn't that Kogi's Chef Roy?

Who knew Cut Chemist was a foodie. Chef Octavio started getting Cut Chemist to come out and spin for several hours during Sunday Sessions. Seriously, wine flights + porkfolio + $12 braised oxtail + Cut Chemist....all we need is DJ Shadow!
