West LA Santouka opens Dec 13th

Minnasan (everybody)!

Santouka, Japan's Prince of Shio Ramen is arriving in the newly renovated Mitsuwa market on Centinela. On December 13th, the first 100 people who purchase a bowl of ramen will receive a coupon for more ramen.

I'm sure Rameniac is already camping out!

Hey Jeni - Man am I wishing for Santouka here in San Diego....there's still an open space in the Mitsuwa Marketplace. I forgot how good Santouka was until I got some ramen in Torrance on one of our recent visits!

Excellent. Must make a mental note to swing by the one in Costa Mesa for their Delux Special.

i went and was not impressed. the ramen is called "salty ramen", and that's just what it is, a bowl of salt and ramen. my companions all agreed that the flavor of the broth was not desireable.

lets all pray to the ramen gods that palatable ramen graces the westside sometime in my lifetime.
