Our graduation was cute. The kids were excited. The families were going crazy. But Miss Oishii Eats was thinking about one thing...ROSCOE'S! Every year, my room partner Maria and my predecessor Monique make an annual lunch trip to Roscoe's after the kids graduate. A meal over fried chicken wings, waffles, a fat wad of butter, and a lovely Sunrise (OJ/Lemonade) marks the coming of Summer for me. And what a wonderful feeling that is...
